Swati Mohan is an aerospace engineer who played a key role in NASA’s Mars exploration program. As a guidance, navigation, and controls specialist on the Perseverance rover mission, she helped lead the systems responsible for the spacecraft’s journey and landing on Mars. Mohan became widely recognized as the voice guiding the public through Perseverance’s successful descent and landing in 2021.
