Valarie Kaur is an American activist, documentary filmmaker, lawyer, and Sikh faith leader dedicated to building multifaith coalitions against systemic injustice. A graduate of Stanford University, Harvard Divinity School, and Yale Law School, she began her career documenting hate violence against Sikh, Muslim, and other communities in the aftermath of 9/11 through her documentary Divided We Fall. As the founder of the Revolutionary Love Project, she develops educational resources, curricula, and public campaigns that reframe love as a force for social transformation. Through books including See No Stranger and her service as a Senior Fellow at Auburn Seminary, she has articulated a theological framework for collective healing amid political and social polarization.
