Bhagwati Amin is the visionary founder of Deep Foods, a leading American manufacturer of authentic Indian cuisine. In the early 1970s, she began preparing traditional Gujarati snacks in her New Jersey home garage to share the flavors of her homeland with her community. What started as a passion project for friends and local grocers grew rapidly, leading her and her husband, Arvind, to incorporate the business in 1977.
