Sri Srinivasan is an American jurist. In 2013, he became the first Indian American confirmed to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit. In 2020, he became the first person of South Asian descent to serve as Chief Judge of a federal appellate court. Widely regarded as one of the nation’s leading jurists, he has helped shape federal appellate jurisprudence from one of the country’s most influential courts.
